Been taking our dog here for 5 years. He’s always excited to go. Fast check in/out. Good price and great location if you live in dallas.

I suspect abuse and neglect. My dog has new injuries every time he leaves the place, including bruises on his face and snout, and bloody cuts and scrapes. Further, I observed him wincing in fear at the handler when he put on my dog's leash, as if the guy had hit him before. The staff appears miserable and exhausted as if they hate their job and are not animal experts nor pet professionals.

I adopted a dog who is VERY shy. She’s fearful of most other dogs and most people. Is it okay to bring her to doggie daycare to help socialize her and build confidence or does she already need to be social?
