Stayed 3 nights. Very clean, comfortable beds, daily maid service, and the breakfast options were good. The indoor pool is huge and great for kids. There was literally nothing to complain about. You can tell the owners and employees have really put in the effort to make it a nice place to stay.

Stayed here when our other hotel lost our reservation. Ended up a better choice! Comfy beds and great hot tub. Good breakfast.

Super clean, very quiet, and i happened to check in while the owner (Heidi) was there. Heidi was friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable about local attractions. She recommended some of the less busier hikes and restrictions. Definitely worth the extra bit of a drive to stay here vs staying anywhere in Moab

Disappointed. We were ending our family vacation when our daughter became sick. Instead of staying at The Inn at the Canyons as we had done the week before, we decided not to stop as we had reserved. A puking little girl didn’t seem like someone to bring to a public place. I cancelled our reservation as soon as I could, but was told they could not issue a refund and had to stick to their 48 hr policy. There’s some things you just can’t plan on, and we definitely didn’t plan to end our family vacation this way- with a sick kid and driving for 5 more hours than scheduled. The extended drive, plus no refund is taxing on our family. I’m disappointed their policy is more important than the people they claim to serve. Will not be staying there in the future, nor will we recommend them because they failed to address this issue in an understanding way. We thought the hotel would be more interested in the health of their patrons, but it appears they’re more interested in holding to a policy. Cons: broken pancake maker, cardboarded ceiling vent, incorrectly printed channel guide, light out in the pool room, no snow care on parking lot, poor customer service. As great as our previous experience might have been, a business that’s so worried about policy that it fails to address the human and health circumstances of a family will not receive our patronage.
