There are a 2 female cats in my neighborhood maybe Ferrell. They have 2 month old kittens, what can I do to stop This from happening? People feed them but they are breeding

Taken in a trap to SPCA they will be spayed or neutered for free. Released back they keep other cats out and rodents down.

I would trap them so you can get them fixed. If you are in southern Dallas then it should be free. You can get a trap from HomeDepot or Lowes.
