There are a few doodle rescue groups. Doodle rock only does local adoptions but others may allow remote adoptions. I imagine that the rescues will pull them all. That facility is pretty high kill and usually maxed capacity wise
You would need to check online with SPCA to see which dogs are available for adoption. If you're in Florida you may check with your local shelters or local rescues in your area.
You'll probably just need to keep checking the website for availability. I would suggest contacting a rescue organization for doodles as you will have much better success adopting. Good people run these volunteer organization.
