You can go to the website and fill out an application for a surrender. You can also call them. They might not take him/her in since there might not be enough space. Hope this helped! Sorry you have to surrender :(
When you go you will see an entrance for drop-off. You should be able to surrender the dog there. Sorry you have to do this.
