Well this Airport is really efficient getting through security. I've never been out of the country say 2 hours or 3 hours arrival time. I would at least put the time be there in two and a half hours. hope that helps

If you do mean arrival time before your departure - 3 hours is enough. If you are asking what's the best arrival time to come to Las Vegas - due to services availability is better to arrive from early morning till afternoon.
