Lyft or uber are your best bets for cheapest travel around Vegas. Locate the ride share pick up location at the hotel nearest to your destination and you will be set. Cabs are more expesive.
I went from airport to Bellagio for 17 in cab. Actually the stratosphere is kind of at the end of strip probably about 25.
I went from Luxir to airport for $16 with Uber.
