How do I reserve a wheelchair?

I don't think you reserve them. I think you tell them when you check in, and they will get you an attendant and a wheelchair

To can ask the first agent who works there they'll bring you one.

I would call the airline you are flying out of and ask them for the procedure to get it done.

I would call the airport customer service department.
