Is the door to the post office on Killingsworth open so that box holders can pick up their mail after 5 pm?

I have found the lobby is always open for one hour past the time the inside doors lock. Consistently that way over the past six years after first getting my box there.

Box section is 24 hrs

Nor sure the time but it is not open 24 hours. 5 or 6 it is closed. Open sat for a bit closed sundays
