In order to access the goods for sale inside, you either have to already be in line and in the front 2 spots, or you have to forego following the 6ft COVID-19 rule. The only goods available for perusal while not in-line are expensive, overnight packages. This was really not a good experience for someone who does not visit the post office regularly, and therefore needed time to decide on a purchase.

While there has been construction all summer, I have NEVER had any issue getting to this post office and finding a parking spot close by, so I don’t know if Cody happened to be there during a major construction kerfuffle to cause his unhappy review ... The staff there is always so sweet and helpful. I recommend this location for prompt service

The USPS needs to fold up it's doors or train it's people to DO THEIR JOB. When I leave a missed delivery notice for them as I didn't know I HAD TO SIGN FOR IT (ridiculous), with HUGE instructions to ring the doorbell twice and WAIT until I answer it (as evidently they have a 5 second wait time from what the postal carrier told me), I expect it to be done - not to deliver the mail and not deliver the package. Not everybody works within their hours of operations either, why I have to sign for this package that should not have a signature required is ridiculous. No wonder they're losing money.

Called this morning the published phone number, no answer for 5 or more rings [I lost count] and then I got this piercing tone from my phone. Unfortunately this has happened in previous years. I also have had problems with mail forwarding, especially with medications. This has been going on for several years. The supervisors are friendly enough, but the problem continues. Unfortunately it is the only "game in town" with no alternative available.

Call the Oak Grove post office at 3860 se Naef rd. Your carrier comes out of that facility. A supervisor can track the location of the carrier at the time your package was delivered.

Yes, you have to do it in person, so you have to wait in line, and give yourself 6 weeks to wait for it to come back to you, or pay extra to get it faster. You can get the forms online from the Post Office Website, print them off, fill them out, and your set, make sure you have your passport picture with you! Good luck!
Take your letter inside the lobby when it's open and ask them to stamp it for you. They will be pleased to help you out! This branch has been there when the old Safeway store closed many years ago, in that building... Come on in and check out your mailbox home... You never know who you might meet... Get all your packing supplies, boxes, and stamps all in one place! Your Post Office! See you soon neighbor!
You need to call the Post Office on Neaf Rd, that's where all packages come from to be delivered to the Milwaukie area. I pray you find it. Also, ask your neighbors if they saw something or someone strange in the neighborhood that day.
It is Open, just that parking sucks due street repair.
I would go down to the Post Office in person and explain everything to them, the ladies there are very nice and are very helpful and are very willing to see that your mail is delivered to you! I know this because I have had some missing mail myself. Good luck to you both!
