They do have over night camping. They are willing to answer any question at the gate when you check in the park.
Can't stay overnight unless you have a campsite or boat anchored in the lake. Park closes at 10pm
This is only a guess, they have overnight camping, so if you get a campsite you should be able to fish.
I'm sure they'd let you, but you would have to ask.
