Do they have trailers for rent and what is the rent price do you have to pay for water and sewer and who mows the yard who removes the snow

Not to sure about rental trailer, but as for lot rent 305.00 a month, you pay for water, mow your own lawn and remove snow from your driveway and sidewalks
