You have to purchase a home outright and pay a monthly lot fee of ($335), we don’t lease unfortunately. Water and electric billing is through our office. Home owner’s are responsible for their lawn and home maintenance. We plow the roads

These are owned homes, the park office has listings of available homes... The office is open Mon-Fri ... 12 p.m. 3 p.m.

I don't think they rent out homes anymore but, the base lot rent is 305.00 a month
