The manager, Barry, is rude and lies to customers. I brought back a battery I had purchased from them within the last year (dead and wouldn't take a charge). I didn't have the receipt with me, but knew what date I made the purchase and knew they had put my information into their computer when I made the purchase (name spelled incorrectly as we found out later). I also looked up the charge on my credit card and had the exact purchase amount that also stated the charge came from this store (by store number). The invoice in their system apparently didn't have my name on it and he insisted he couldn't find it and there was nothing he could do. He agreed the charge was from the store but couldn't tell me what it was for and wouldn't even try look up the invoice. And he said twice in the interaction that he was not here then (as if that makes him not responsible for the store or my battery now...). I went home and got the receipt dated for the day I told him and it listed the managers name... Apparently he was there and he was the manager. If I didn't have the receipt, I would have been out of luck with a defective battery that I had paid $171 for just 6 months ago. When I came back with my receipt the manager didnt even talk to me, I stood outside the shop and he made someone else walk back and forth between us to deal with the situation. That guy was very kind and never once rude or intentionally unhelpful, maybe he should be the manager? When I came back with the receipt, it took over an hour to get the battery replaced and then to get my invoice corrected with my correct name (apparently the "only way to look up an invoice") in spite of only having 2 customers during that time with 3 people in the shop. It felt as if he was intentionally dragging his feet on it to spite me for insisting it get taken care of. No appologies were made. The manager had maybe 15 data points, it would have taken him maybe a minute to find my invoice if he had tried, but he didn't want to, he didn't care about this customer experience. He was rude and lazy and lied to me at least twice to try and blame someone else for the issue instead of handling it and taking care of a customer. He wasted 2 hours of my life for what should have been a 5 minute interaction. Go somewhere else.

If you have a Volkswagen or any other car that takes European blend find another location. They never seem to have the oil I need in stock and this has happened the last 4x I tried this location for an oil change. Go somewhere else or call ahead (if they bother to answer the phone)

Didn't have the oil filter for my vehicle but the staff were incredibly kind and apologetic. They called around to multiple auto parts stores in the immediate area to see if they had the filter but they also did not have it. Great effort despite not being able to help me.
