I believe the incidental fee is actual an incidental hold on your credit card. They hold a certain amt, for example say $100, for incidentals like room service, restaurant bill charged to the room, movies, etc. If you dont charge anything to the room then they release that hold on your credit card ($100) & no incidental fee is charged to you. I have not stayed there, so not sure, but most properties there have resort fees, which are of course a ripoff.
