I was visiting Palm Springs when my hearing aid receiver broke. I cold called Desert Hearing Associates and Andy said to come by and he would help me. I needed a new receiver and he contacted Widex and convinced them to send a new one, under warranty, by overnight delivery. He was able to remove the old broken one with a deft move and install the new one. What great service!

I am being referred by kaiser to desert hearing associates a Tim Cook....can I come to your office as its closer for me. to have a hearing test with an audiologist ???

While we are contracted to see kaiser patients, kaiser typically requires preauthorization for each patient. If you contact your primary doctor or call the kaiser number on your insurance card and request the test be done here, they may allow us to see you and send us the preauthorization required.
