Not sure IF the gentleman came from This location or not. His name is Nicholas. A big smile as soon as I met Him. He called 10 Minutes before He got to My Work. Then called Me When He arrived. Such a nice Guy. Did an amazing job. No issues. Great attitude and let Me know what to do and what not to do with having My new windshield in. This was a reschedule and For that I should give 4 stars because it should had been fixed the 1st time around but Nicholas redeemed the Company. I can for sure see Him moving up within the Company If so He desires. Again, awesome job Nicholas. Very Professional.

I work for Safelite Auto Glass and if the crack is more than 3 in or better it is not repairable you need to get a new windshield. Find out that your insurance company if you have glass coverage if you do have glass coverage you can schedule them to either come to your home or to your work or business and you can choose either morning or afternoon schedule.
Do they warranty their work i would try getting in touch with them.
