This place is no help to the average person.. every lawyer is willing to take easy cases dealing with insurance companys anything else they won't take the case .. they all work against you

Will they help you find another lawyer? I would think so. If you want to file a complaint against your lawyer, then you have to do it with the grievance committee in the county that your lawyer practices.

according to the divorce stipulation x owes me $ 7000.00 from a pendenti leti r/t child support. The dvorce took place in 2005 and in stipulation iit s suppose to come from sale of home. As well as son's college expenses. Can he reneg on agreement?

If it is in a stipulation of settlement then no he can't. A stip from a divorce usually a court order and in many cases the terms are in the judgment of divorce and that is definitely a court order. Consult with an attorney to assist you in enforcement.
