It has been a while since I have been to this library, but I came back in and it was like yesterday that I was there. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They were very cooperative with helping me and were very generous to my son. They have just about everything that you could need at a library. I enjoy going there for myself or to let my son have some fun. In the summer, they have movies outside and the staff offer refreshments and are very accommodating. This library really does provide a lot for everyone

Do you accept nursing books?
We do hire pages and clerks. We have applications available at our Guest Services Desk for any interested applicant.
The Library is open most Sundays during the year from 1 to 9 pm.
Hi Barbara, Yes, you can use your Hauppauge Library card at other Suffolk County libraries. There may be certain restrictions on the items you can borrow, so we recommend checking with the staff first. Please let us know if we can help you with anything else.
