Took my care in to have broken windshield replace. When this was completed we noticed a wave in the glass, they rescheduled use 2 weeks out to have it changed out! When we arrived they took us to the back to show us, the other windshield, came in with a bad scratch across it, we were told they would contact us to reschedule when they receive a good windshield! I have tried to contact them for weeks, not easy to do! Still waiting to have a good windshield installed! This was done in Palm Springs, CA, July of 2022! Not happy with service at all!

The worst sound in the world is that rock hitting the windshield, I just knew there was a crack in my future. A week later the crack was over 2/3 of the glass, so called Safelite because they come to where you are and fix things fast and blah, blah, blah. Ah, not so much. First, they totally did not come to where I was. Because I have a front facing camera in the crash avoidance system, they need to "re-calibrate". So, they scheduled an appointment. Except I never get the follow-up appointment email. Because the customer rep I talked to never scheduled it. So I scheduled another one with the store. And off we went, expect a 3-hour repair. The shop is in the middle of nowhere, so my wife follows me, and we drop off the car. Fill out the paperwork, give them my phone number so they can call if it's done sooner. 3-hours later go back and I am told they ordered the wrong windshield so it would be a week before it could be done. 3-hours and they did not call to tell me that, just let me come back to find it out. Explain that to me. A week later I went back and they replaced the windshield. Took the whole 3-hours. Waiting room is minimal, but clean. Still. I would like to say they did a great job, but it was just a so-so job. The whole experience was frustrating. I don't think I will use them again.
