The effort of the hotel is nice, but with the dated property and rooms the hotel becomes about the pool and the photo. We were also disappointed with our room - not the one we were promised. Pool service was good. If you're looking for some cute pictures, you may have better luck than if you're looking for a good stay.

Positive: El Jefe restaurant Negative: I heard all the footsteps and jumping from the visitors on the second floor above my room. A lot of partying going on outside my door. Loud guests.

This hotel just looks “cute” in photos. Hotel rooms are overpriced for quality and cleanliness. There wasn’t AC running in the hallways an in the elevator. Keep in mind it was 110*F all day and 100*F at night. Unacceptable. I got my friend a bachelorette package and it was incomplete! I spoke front desk multiple times to speak to a manager, but there wasn’t a Hotel Manager on duty the 3 days we were there (how!?). The Pool Manager was kind and tried his best to make up for mess. The restaurant in the lobby, El Jefe was great! Amazing customer service and delicious food and drinks. I highly recommend El Jefe.

Yep, but it's a single-serve coffee maker ... and room service seems to be a thing of the past ... so you may want to bring your own pods.

I believe the incidental fee is actual an incidental hold on your credit card. They hold a certain amt, for example say $100, for incidentals like room service, restaurant bill charged to the room, movies, etc. If you dont charge anything to the room then they release that hold on your credit card ($100) & no incidental fee is charged to you. Hope this helps. Saguaro has the best pool! I love it!!!
