Don't get me wrong, the amtrak bus is great. This station is not a station though. No booth no ticket machine, just a bench in the sun.

There is no direct service between Palm Springs CA to Las Vegas NV on Amtrak. You would have to go from Palm Springs to Downtown Los Angeles and then go to Las Vegas. Your best bet is to give them a call and make sure you couldn't connect out of Riverside or San Bernardino to Las Vegas. Good luck with your travel plans.

Go to Amtrak.com and plug in your destination and date. It works very well for all my transportation needs in and out of Palm Springs.
