I would allow for 1 - 2 hours. Perhaps more if you're really into the history.
If you want to visit the historical area, give yourself at least 2 hours. You can also visit their Facebook page "Friends of Daniel Boone Homestead".
Give yourself at least one hour perhaps a bit more. There are several special events during the year. Check their website for more info.
