I regularly lose service. We pay over 200 a month to watch a blue circle spin. Have changed equipment because they claimed that was the problem, but the problem doesn't change. I was just watching a recording, it stopped, screen went black, message said there are no recordings. If I go unplug the STINKING TIVO box, magically, I will have recordings. This stuff is EVERY DAY . I have become numb to watching the blue circle interruptions . I would love to try Xfinity, but the whole monopoly thing is true, and frustrating.

They have nothing but problems with the service the cable tech are always saying the underground lines are old and need to be replaced and all of there equipment is of older technology but they are always raising there rates and giving you less believe me i would stay away from service Electric if you can

Service electric is horrible. We pay over 100 bucks a month just for internet and it's garbage.... never works and drops internet 30 times a day.
Couple reasons. Your signal isn't strong or you just plugged it into the power and it takes a few minutes to populate
Only way that's possible is using a chrome stick and casting it directly to the TV from your phone or buying an external box like roku or apple TV or a fire stick. You can not get a Netflix app for your cable box
