Why do we get charged for basic cable through something called STTS plus pay for cable and internet through Service Electric. I understand that STTS is Service Electric so aren't we paying twice.

Service electric is horrible. We pay over 100 bucks a month just for internet and it's garbage.... never works and drops internet 30 times a day.

Not sure about the answer but I can tell you Service Electric sucks I just canceled their services put up an HDTV antenna I'm getting 37 Channel's for free I'm happy And saving little over $1,000 a year

Don't know the answer to your question but i do know that Service electric is VERY expensive. I'm about ready to "cut the cord"
