An expired driver's license is technically not a valid form of ID, but you can always Google the TSA guidelines to find out what forms of ID will get you through security and onto the plane.
Of course you can, just show another form of identification. Like state ID or passport
Yes if it is less than 6 months expires. Check with TSA.gov They usually will work with you as long as you have other credentials.

Aloha, according to the TSA guidelines any ID that is government stay military issue has to be valid in order for it to be utilized as proof of identity. I know for that to be the fact throughout the United States. I'm not sure how the requirements change internationally . Good luck and safe travels.
