I pay for a post office box and continuously have other persons mail in my box. Long lines with one counter help. And they wonder why people do not use the post office as they use to do. I am sorry to say, very poor service here.

Young man not even born I when I started mailing certified letters decades ago, made me step out of service to put the certificates on myself!! He says his doing so is a "courtesy" and he wouldnt wait on me if I didnt do them myself!! Funny, everyone else has seemed to think it was their job that we as customers are paying them to do! And, in the time he took to argue with me, and wait on someone behind me, he could have applied the four stickers and let me go on my way!! This mind you, is the same location where I mailed 3 letters INSIDE the lobby last July 6, 2021 that have still never reached their destination!! No such thing as "custoner service" there anymore! Outrageous!!

You need to go to the Post Office where you asked that your mail be held. Ask to talk to a manager and explain your situation to try to get help in finding your missing mail. Be insistent about finding your mail!

I am hoping Saturday. I ordered something from Amazon Sunday and it said it should arrive Saturday.
NO. Must have an appointment and I am not even sure they actually do passports here at all.
