Was in the post office during posted hours and was denied service. Which is against our rights might I add. Me and five other customers waited for 45 minutes and never received service. The person at the window refused. We were there from 4:30 until 5:15pm waiting. She refused service and called the police to get the customers to leave instead of offer service. Me and the other older individuals around me were astounded. We were calm and she just kept escalating. There is video footage held by both myself and the post office cameras. Terrible service

This location never opens on time. Hours say they open at 10 a.m. and yet they're never open at 10. Right now it's 10:15 a.m. and it's still not open. Come mid day during business hours and they're closed for lunch. When is this location ever open and how is it run so poorly?

They never put anywhere that they go on lunch from “1-3pm”? Who even goes on two hour lunches? They didn’t even put a sign or anything stating that’s what they are doing from now on? Everyday the past week I came, there was a lady blocking the entrance and goes like they are on lunch….the first time she told me it was 1:30-2:30 and then today she’s like it’s from 1-3pm? Like do they just leave when they want and close when they want?
