Apparently a 7-hour shift requires a 2 hour lunch? The notice in the attached photo is signed by "the management"... If you have an staffing problem, why don't I see a "now hiring" notice, management?

I use this location once a month; I'd use it weekly, but there's a note on the door telling me they've been forced to close early 75% of the time (just yesterday they closed at noon instead of 5pm).

Bryan is a really nice kind guy… he helped me and a lot of other people packed our items that needed to ship… he volunteered to come to work today and have been working since 4 am because none one else wants to show up to work. Thank you Bryan for your hard work! Sorry didn’t get your last name!

Twice now in less than 6 months I've placed a hold on my mail and have had packages delivered and promptly stolen because they keep delivering despite the hold placed. When I call the main usps number to file a complaint, they tell me someone from this branch will call me to resolve and they never do. Was out the money for the packages stolen and got told it was my fault for not purchasing insurance, despite the obvious error of the post office. Absolutely incompetent.

If you want to do it in person you can go to the post office at 25th and Snyder
100% use the mail deposit inside next time. Would also reccomend going inside and asking for some help - they're always super helpful there. Also worth remembering that USPS is always overencumbered during the holiday season.
No passports here
Again I can not speak for the value dollar store on why they have done what they have done. No one should be accepting anything that does not belong to them but in this case they have. So this question would be a question you would have to ask the manager at value dollar store, and also the post office for it being sent there I have no answer for you. But to better understand the situation at hand is this message pertaining to your email or your home mail?.
First and formost I do not work for the post office. But what I do know is emails are not sent to your home it is sent to your email, only mail is sent to your home address from the post office, unless you have a P.O. Box you would like your mail to go to. Why anything of your was sent to a value dollar store is beyond me. I do not have an answer to why that is. Sorry for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience it may have caused you.
Depends on the size of the box
If you are trying to reach a person at this location they are usually very short staffed with only one or two people there. Try calling the location on 2500 Snyder Ave, thats where you would also reach a supervisor.
The post office is the best bet for USPS. UPS has several locations too, like the dry cleaners on South and 23rd. FedEx packages can be sent to Walgreens on South Street and 18th.
The USPS doesn't seem to enforce this consistently. In my experience, get that person to sign the back of the slip, or bring a bill or something that proves you live at that address.
It's in the mail, Ms. Cheeseboro.
