The post office is the best bet for USPS. UPS has several locations too, like the dry cleaners on South and 23rd. FedEx packages can be sent to Walgreens on South Street and 18th.
You can have it sent to her work, she could get a PO Box, or there are other services that hold packages like a mailbox or locker.
