I mailed out a few bills on the first and NO ONE received them yet!! Who do I complain to about this matter?? It was mailed from the outside box at this location

100% use the mail deposit inside next time. Would also reccomend going inside and asking for some help - they're always super helpful there. Also worth remembering that USPS is always overencumbered during the holiday season.

I'd recommend literally going on the inside of this branch; it maybe was collected from the box late. I've had a couple of issues, and the ladies there are great at helping to get them resolved.
