One of my favorite restaurants in the city. Super good attention and always everything very tasty. The only bad thing is that there is always a wait to get in. If you don't know how the place system is, I'll tell you: they give you a sheet at the entrance where you must select all the things you want to be brought to the table. First you choose which base soup (there can be up to 2 different ones) and then you select what you want to cook inside. The first time you go it can be a bit confusing but you just have to read the paper carefully. If you have doubts about what to choose, I recommend asking for a few things to put in your soup, because you can ask again at your table and thus you can calculate if you need more or not. I also recommend selecting the "vegetarian combo" or "mushroom combo" options because that way they bring you a mix of things and you don't have to order one by one (and it's cheaper). The funny thing is that the more things you cook in your soup, it will change its flavor, so in the end you will have a very different soup than when you arrived, also every time you go to the restaurant your soup will have a different flavor although the basis is the same. It is worth trying even if you are not a fan of soups.
