Haley for sheer profit! 0% customer loyalty. Purchased 5th vehicle in last 5 years and asked to get a discount on tonneau cover and was rejected. Then was questioned by Zach on a credit union check from a Top 75 Fortune 500 company. My last vehicle purchase from here!

I was sold a vehicle from your dealership that in a few months needs over 800.00 worth of work because of the miles on the car but I have only put 4000 miles on this vehicle but the service Mgr could not explain why this work needs done or why it wasn't done before it was sold to me...I was told today it is a bargain car which is not even listed under vehicles.i don't appreciate being told before I towed my vehicle to haley they would work it in today or tomorrow, now after speaking to the service Mgr it will be next Thursday before they can get to my car.???? How's that for service?? By the way Noone cLled and I was in your dealership last week to get the locking lugs off my wheels. O tool in car or none of yours would fit so how did u rotate my tires?? Huh? Ok

My husband and I went in twice to test drive the Highlander and RAV4. Each time Anthony was there to help us and was knowledgeable and very kind. Then we came back to purchase the Highlander and unfortunately, Anthony had left for the day. However, Brandie was available and was tremendous to work with! As withAnthony, she was so knowledgeable and patient. She answered all of our questions and no one we worked with had an issue with staying a little late to make sure everything was completed. This is our first Toyota and will not be the last purchased from Haley of Roanoke. You All are awesome!! Thank you! I LOVE my Highlander!!
