Not a fan of how this dealership is. Service Mgr. Mike @Hyundai was on the "fake" side. The only guinine person I came across was the front desk guy. I want to say Grayson, but I'm unsure. My car sat for a week before diagnosis. I had to go down there just to get answers. Comincation could improve as the why's, and when's to expect news.

You should be able to look in the owners manual and some say it at the gas lid where you put the gas
If they don't, maybe they can get you in touch with the people that can help you

To be clear, this was a purchase and not a lease? With it being a purchase, was it entirely cash or was there some credit involved? With a lease or out right 100% cash purchase your remedies I believe are limited. Sounds like they want to try to fix the scratches (via buffing).? One may consider contacting the BBB.

Call 362-4800 tell the receptionist you need to make a service appt for Nissan and she'll transfer you to get an appt that will fit your schedule.
They do not have any Armada's on the lot at this time. But if you call and talk to Sherry Wampler and let her know what you are looking for, she can find one for you.
