So I went into to the store for my appointment. I waited about 45 minutes. Then finally they came and asked if someone had an appointment. I tried to tell the guy I was a little stressed and I wasn’t rude. He then began to over-talk me, and I told my issue. Very rudely he jerked the case off my airpod and threw it on the table. Went in the back for 10ish minutes came out and rudely said we don’t do replacements for lost. FYI: the website doesn’t explain what they do it just says they do replacements. He then preceded to say “deuces” when I left. All in all. My experience was 0/ 5 stars. I don’t recommend geek squad for anything

Brought in my computer, waited for 45 minute even though I made a appointment. Employee didn't even look at my computer before telling me how much it would cost ($100 for a software reset).had better luck getting my husband to look at it. Waste of time. 3 stars cause the guy was nice.

Dustin replaced my iPhone screen. He coordinated me coming into the store after it had arrived (had to be ordered which was also prompt) and then installed it quickly. It looks like a brand new phone. Thank you Dustin, you rock!
