This is just an observation.... since 9/11, and the formation of the TSA, I don't believe the are lockers "allowed" at major airport s. And I have not seen any at Philly using it fir the last 5 years. I may have missed them... but I don't think so.
There are not lockers inside security, and to the best of my knowledge there are not any in baggage claim either. There is a hotel attached to PHL, Marriot, which is accessed through the overhead walkway at Terminal B. There is actually a " Boutique Hotel inside security. Minute Suites isocated near Terminal B between A & B terminals. This is a nice place to relax, catch a nap or work. Also a good place to park your bags for a while. But convenience comes at a price.
