It's a very awesome playground ever since they did the reconstruction and this one the Philadelphia Eagles won the Superbowl in 2018 basketball court in a football field and Summer League games

You will have access to park It means the community building is closed, there is no staff in the park and they turn off the lights..There is no gate to stop anyone from entering the park. You can workout at anytime. I live in the area and at 11 pm there is no one in the park. . Between the park/community center and the field there is a walkway one can walk from 24th Street to 25th. I have never seen or heard of anyone being told they have to leave. So working out in the morning isn't a problem, you can workout any time of the day.

They removed the pool, there is a sprinkler park. There used to be a pool but they converted it to a sprinkler park. I've used the park all my life and I do remember the pool.
