First of all they had a dog in the middle of the floor and I told them that I was uncomfortable with the dog and they told me it's the dog store so I turned around and I left very unprofessional and don't care about the people

Definitely have 50 in waistband pants! Dress shirts are signs by neck inches and sleeve length can't translate 6X for you. Call store directly for shirt question. Good luck

No they do not. But, they have do have a partnership of sorts with a cleaners up the street about two blocks, called Lee's cleaners. They have same day alterations.
