If precheck you could be fine 45mins ahead of departure. Without it, 1.25 - 1.5 hours ahead of time is the most risk I'd take.
Well, you are taking a chance on your in bound being late.
Also depends on whether your taking a international flight or not. Then it's 3 hours ideally before departure
Depends on gate precheck makes it easier but its a small airport i been there 1 hr befire flight with No problem

It depends what terminal you are flying from. Keep in mind that terminal C is TSA pre-check only. 8am usually a busy time of the day.
