Why is it trash every where? Who grooms the place does anyone

Great Question! Our Grounds-Keeper job is to pick up trash on a daily basis. Unfortunately, Management is not able to individually regulate and assure every resident is doing their part to keep our community litter free by properly disposing garbage into dumpsters.
