I am a current resident here and really love my unit and the office manager Keith is awesome with that being said!I have only been in this unit for 6 mo my washer/dryer broke down washer staying on the same cycle dryer completely broken will not even come on!I placed an emergency maintenance request to have it fixed!The maintenance man called and basically tried to man handle me telling me there is nothing he could do for me and that I need to call the manufacturer myself and have them fix it and unless its on fire they are not coming!I have never been so livid and treated that way he had the audacity to think I would just settle for that!If I have to call corporate as well as fox 4 problem solvers I will this is not ok you do not tell a resident that if her appliances are not working I personally need to call the manufacturer myself its on me!

The pool is always cold and clean others like a lot of traffic like this kind of distract me on the sides of the pool they got it locked up like Fort Knox

The location is good, very close to KUMC, if you work, or as a student in KUMC, it's only 3 min of walking. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The maintenance is quick and in good quality. They even helped me to change my flat tire. The price is reasonable. Pool party in the summer is a lot of fun. The only thing not that good is sometimes there are noises from the neighboring Holiday Inn. I have I have been staying here for more than 4 years, I really like it.

I love my apartment the management is top rate, really understanding and friendly. Had a problem with my fridge, they fixed it asap! Really good maintenance team. They keep the area free of trash. Very nice place to live, I feel safe.
