They are making improvements to the outside but absolutely let the apartments themselves stay run down while increasing the rent. Maintenance takes weeks to respond and does the bare minimum. Staff either doesn’t care or have no power to help.

The apartment manager, D.C. is horrible. He lies to your face and says you dont owe anything, then 6 weeks later added over $500.00 to your rent cart and doesn't send out a prior notice. He said, "Oh, don't worry about that. Mold in the wash rooms. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

!READ! This place is the WORST. DO NOT LIVE HERE. The price is decent because its TRASH. my expectations were not high due to that reason but even with that mindset I'm shocked. First off at the viewing they of course show the best apartment on purpose but when we moved into our apartment it was completely different and it was very obvious it had not been cleaned before our arrival. Moving day came and no one had any info about us nor did they have our key ready. It was filthy upon move in. our first 2 weeks here we only had electricity in ONE ROOM and we were told word for word “ Its not an emergency as long as you have power in at least one room” maintenance came 2 weeks later and said our entire home was wired wrongly and I took pictures of everything. The maintenance people who have now quit, gave me attitude and were annoyed they had to work??? when I simply asked them to fix my locks and loose handles ( its not the safest neighborhood). Then one week in, the upstairs neighbor’s toilet flooded and our bathroom ceiling came crashing down with sewage. It was after hours so we called their emergency line just to find out the number was disconnected. When help finally arrived 2 days later the only help we got was fan to dry the water up which we still have because no one bas come back to get it. They DO NOT answer the phones nor do they take your situations seriously. They constantly are “switching new management “ . We have had multiple problems like flooding, roaches, mice, and BLACK MOLD in the shower and air conditioner. They only help we will get is a phone call a month later saying maintenance/ pest control is coming and they never came. No one is in the office at all. The pool was not open for the summer either. There is constantly police and ambulance’s here at least once a week. The only time they will reach out to you is for their rent but never to fix anything. I highly suggest not living here if you can avoid it. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. THEY ARE SLUMS.

Thank God I moved. New company Block took over and they are shady. Tried charging twice for same month of rent they refuse to answer calls or email. Definitely slum lords. Every since Block took over it went drastically down hill. Run don't walk from this roach infested dump of Apartments
