Actually they are not as bad as they USED TO BE...at the end of the day they are "income based" what do you really expect out of income based...you rent is practically free....were you gona get that? A home is what you make it... beggers cant be choosers! I like my place...come in my apartment and you wont believe I live here...I keep mine nice and tidy... the best advice i can give..is mind your business stay in your lane and keep to yourself.... and you will be ALRIGHT.
