I have only lived here a couple of months. They moved me in an apartment with no furnace. It took them three weeks to put it in. The refrigerator didn't work so they took one out of the other apartments, it worked for about a week now I am going on a whole month with no refrigerator. I have went to the office multiple times about the same issues including my bathtub faucet yet nothing has been done but they make sure to let you know they want their rent on time. Its getting a bit ridiculous.

Roach infested. Seems like there is a new manager every 3 months. Have had maintenance problems since I moved in 2 years ago. Went to each manager and the issues have yet to be resolved. Trash always outside and around dumpsters, in hallways, and all outside. Giant potholes they rarely fill. Don’t clean the driveway ever when it snows. I had to clean the driveway and parking spot myself or I wouldn’t have been able to come in or out.

No they do not. It's so irritating. You actually have to go to the office when the manager is even in because she doesn't answer the phone.
I don't believe so. But if you're coming from a different state they may not be able to see it. I also think evictions disappear after two years.
