Dr Cameron is great the staffing on the other is trash the office manager is rude the front desk knows absolutely nothing how as a patient I call at 8 and don’t get a call back ever I have to pick up the phone and place yet another call and when I tell them this is unprofessional the response is oh well we are really busy and we can’t give you a callback time because it depends on the nurse no help a lot of excuses were made not to mention I still don’t have my paperwork faxed and now I’m not getting paid the response was well how would we know well I called at 8 am it’s now 2 pm but I guess you all were too busy to reach out to see why I was calling in the first place I hen a message was sent to escalate the call which now I’m sure I won’t hear anything until Monday never in my life have I ever had to deal with such unprofessionalism I love my doctor of it wasn’t for her I would not be here and really considering going else where at this point

I could not be more disgusted by this “practice”. My mother received the most apathetic and unscientific quality of care I could possibly have imagined, and when I confronted this “Doctor” about this gross degree of professional negligence, absolutely no responsibility was taken whatsoever by this fresh-out-of-med-school-know-it-all. My mother will be seeking a new doctor of immediately. I wish I could give zero stars. Any doctor that’s worse than a 4/6 should have their license taken away. Apathy is for fast food employees, not medical professionals.

There have been 2 appointments cancelled on 2 separate occasions with no call to let you know that the appointment was cancelled you found out when we got to the office to check in. The office staff does not care about you at all. They charge for a alcohol and drug screening that you did not even know you were getting because it is questions that they ask at the first of your visit. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. You are just a number and not valued as a person.

Started out ok, but then it got worse and worse. They are very unorganized. Immunizations for babies takes forever to get done and they won't tell you how much your co-pay is until you show up for your appointment. They still have not figured out what is wrong with my husband even though they ordered the same tests over and over just to rack up a bill. I do not recommend this place and I highly do not recommend Dr. Trusty because of her rude bedside manner and poor professionalism.
