This is by the GREATEST customer service I have received since moving to the Westbank, its been 3 days! My technician was 09 Jeff. I was in a rush and without me saying anything to anyone, he picked up on my 'need to get this done now or come back' situation, and confidently reassured me that it would take less than 15 minutes tops. I sat down for what it felt like 5 minutes and he came in with a big smile and said "YOU READY TO GO!" He saved me so much time and energy...i can't thank him enough. Jeff understood my needs, made me feel like it was his mission to solve my problem, and reassured me that i was in good care. It is because of people like Jeff that keeps loyal customers returning. I will be back and look forward to becoming a long-time customer at the 3665 General De Gaulle Dr. location! Ya'll have a real asset on the team, woot woot!
