Went looking for an apartment and the little blonde headed lady was so rude. She acted like she didn't care to rent us an apartment. She started talking about how the property was foreclosed and new management took over. Not to mention they wanted $775 for a one bedroom apartment in that area where rent is much lower for a comparable place. Geez.

As the manager, we have worked hard to clean up the mess of the prior owners, who were negligent, unprofessional and irresponsible. We have worked relentlessly to provide an affordable, safe and attractive environment for our residents. I encourage anyone to come and take a look for themselves. Improvements are only continuing here at Colony Woods. We look forward to hearing from you.

Spacious apartments at an affordable price. Julie the property manager is doing a great job handling anything that’s come up. Any maintenance issues are fixed within 24hrs or sooner. New renovations really updated the place. Including water heaters, furnace ect. Overall great place to live! Quite neighbors. Shoveling and lawn-care is completed in a timely fashion!
