Place is disgusting I moved in a apartment that was non livable no heat no air unit nothing maria promised me every time that she would have a maintenance man come or the hvac guy come I had a leak in my roof there was a infestation of mice

Colony Woods Apartments is now under new management and is being renovated fully. We have worked for the last year to improve the quality of living for all residents. Roofs have been replaced, decking and walkways have been repaired, new paint throughout the exterior and interior. We are looking forward to continued improvements and contributing to the community in a positive way. :)

They were just on the news. Bpu shut the lights off because the property owners owe over 30,000 for the lights. No heat or lights. I feel sorry for the tenants.
