Terrible management and maintenance. Both are unprofessional when it comes to taking care of their tenants. If I could rate it zero starts I 100% would. Do not waste your money with this place. There are better apartments out there for the same price.

The bathtub faucet been broken for a couple of months now, we been calling the office since it started and they either never answer their phones or say someone will come over and fix it but never do it. I came home from work and the water from the tub over filled and now the whole apartment is soaked in water. I called and text them even more but still no answer.

I have been living here for 3 years now and I love my apartment. Never had a bad experience, and The new management (Brian) is friendly and awesome at keeping me informed. Everything I have asked has been taken care of or worked on!

Great Question! Our Grounds-Keeper job is to pick up trash on a daily basis. Unfortunately, Management is not able to individually regulate and assure every resident is doing their part to keep our community litter free by properly disposing garbage into dumpsters. You pay google fiber themselves. The plan I use is 50 a month and it's really good. And 2 rooms is 9 ish something and the only bill you pay is electric
