I think you can get those documents through the medical records dept. You will probably have to go in person and pay a fee. I'm sorry about your daughter.

If you are her next of kin, you should be able to obtain the paperwork since everything is computerized. If she was married, her husband would have to get it. Generally they keep records for 7-10 years. Call medical records & check.
